Explore Dambulla
Sacred City built in 3rd Century BC
We visit Dambulla's most renowned Cave Temple complex, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This complex consists of five caves overflowing with statues and murals depicting Buddha, various deities, and historical figures. Then we ride to Ibbankatuwa Lake Resovoir where we hop on a boat and go to the love island. We relax on the shores and explore the private island. Aftarwards we ride to the Sankassapura Senasanaya temple where the we embrase the setting sun and we ride back to our start point.
This tour is suitable for all age groups, all equipment will be provided. Trained guide will be undertaking the tour.
